Back story

Kim Eng Securities originally contacted E V E R Y T H I N G when looking to relocate from tired offices in the City of London to aid in their property search and assessment process.

They had a want for a fresh new look & to inject some vibrancy into the space, but also with strict budget controls imposed by the Malaysian parent company and a need to meet many different regulatory compliance’s E V E R Y T H I N G were ideally placed with our in depth knowledge of designing for the financial sector.

The end result, a smart office space, meeting the needs of the team and parent company delivered on time and on budget.
